Mantus

My wife is a nurse and this is what she calls it.I just got back from Bermuda,and rented a motor skooter while i was there.Well,of course,i have to push the thing to it's limits(like every vehicle i drive/ride) around a turn and i wiped out.I am a good Dirtbike and Motorcycle rider,so i knew what to do,so i didn't get seriously hurt,but i got a very nice scrape around my left elbow.I laid the bike down and pushed it,with my legs,in front of me,but i must have been sliding on my arm.I didn't feel it,but i saw the blood.I washed it and it doesn't hurt,but i swelled up quit a bit at first.It went down alot but it still has fluid in it.My wife says to just keep it elevated when i can,but i want to know,if there is anything else i can do to help the fluid drain faster?
