Hi. I wanted some steps/tips to follow for getting taller.

you can't really get taller unless you wear platformsor get this weir surgery that takes awhile for you to heal, wut they do is they break your bone in you're leg and stick these poles in your leg to keep the bones apart and your bone grows together from there

Have you been to a doctor? What does the doc say?

I am just asking because my daughter who is 7 yrs old is on growth hormone shots (nightly). She stopped growing normally and I was able to get her some help medically.

before anything else... how tall are you? why do you want to be taller? there are several things people do but mostly one has to go to a doctor and get very VERY painful surgery. i have a friend who is a little person who is streching out her legs... i have to ask her exactly what the procedure was but i know that she is stuck on a wheel chair for at least 1 more year and that every day her legs that are on this braces get streched out by making the length of the brace longer.... she is in pain an a lot. i dont really know if its worth it, i told her we loved her despite her height. but she is going through it and is a very brave soul... but i have to wonder if its worth it.
