how hard are you working them?
ive been doing crunches (off and on) everyday for about 6 years now
when i first started..they hurt so much the first week
but after that, they NEVER hurt.........i do about 300-500 crunches everyday (sets of 100)
if you stick to a routine, and do 300 everyday...you should notice results as soon as a month (unless your fat)
