AM I CRAZY??? - Open to All Other Health Topics Message Board

I'm posting here because I think this is a really nice forum and I'd like some opinions on what I am about to discuss. Here goes: I am a professional 31 year old woman. I am in a happy, healthy, functional relationship with a professional male. We get along great for the most part and share a lot of similar interests. So you're probably wondering what the problem is right????
Well, I am very athletic. Therefore, I am at the spa 3 to 5 times a week. After working out, swimming, etc., I shower before I go home. While I am in the locker room, there are other women in there too and I find the sight of nude women absolutely beautiful.
Sometimes the sight of a woman stays on my mind for hours. I feel so guilty. Am I crazy?? Does this make me bi-sexual? PLEASE HELP. I love my man, so I don't know why I have these feelings.

I think it's completely natural to feel this way. Women's bodies ARE beautiful, to both males and females. It doesn't mean you're bisexual because you're attracted to beauty. Ask yourself, would you be willing to be in an actual relationship with another woman? Likely, you answered no...fantasy is great and a lot of women fantasize about other women but they wouldn't want it to really happen. And even for those who did act on it, it was experimental and new. Most didn't come away from it feeling that they were gay.
If it's something that is really weighing on your mind perhaps you can act on it and find out what it's all about.
Either way, your perfectly normal and healthy.

... also, it could mean, that you are missing your own femininity, to some degree. You sound like you're perfectly in touch with your outgoing energy, but how about the ability to just be? to rest in the feminine feeling? You yourself are a beautiful woman too, you know

Can you feel that?
