Sapphyre,
I have depression and anxiety as well and when I read your post, that is the first thing that I thought of... although I agree that carbon monoxide would also be a good thing for you to look at as well as mono and many other things... there are truthfully sooo many things that would show symptoms like you describe.
You do need to go see your doctor... you don't need to know the answers about what to test for or what the doctor will look for in order to make an appointment... but you absolutely should see a doctor about your recent changes in your health and well-being... Doctors go to school so that know what tests to order, you only need to tell them how you feel and
they will order the appropriate tests.
Honestly, most doctors hate it when patients tell them exactly what tests they want done on them... almost any professional would be a little bit offended if someone walked into their office and told them exactly how to do their job
So call your doctor and make an appointment.
Good Luck,
~Wittesea
P.S. I have found that if I sleep too much, that I feel even more tierd and more unwell... you may want to try getting yourself on a schedule where you go to bed at the same time every night and wake up at the same time every morning.
