hi there people does anyone have any advice on rectal bleeding, im suffering from this but the problem is im bleeding without any pain or passing stools please help

If it is not from irritation, like wiping too hard/much - as seems to be the case with you - it really needs to be checked out by a physician to find out exactly what is going on. There are many possible causes, ranging from very minor to more serious; so it would be best to see your doctor as soon as possible.

Exercising should not cause rectal bleeding. If it did, something is wrong.
