A number of things can cause near faint, or fainting. From extreme anxiety to low blood pressure, etc. First if they feel faint, make sure they lay down, elevate legs so that they are higher than the head. Some will stick their heads between their legs from a sitting position first. Get some cool wet towels and apply around face, neck and back of neck area. Remain calm. Also breathing into a paper bag, if they are in hyperventilation mode. Second, anybody experiencing fainting spells or near faint spells, needs to be checked out by a doctor anyway.
