I don't have any personal experience with PICA Syndrome (Posterior Inferior Cerebellar Artery Syndrome)....but I've heard that it has the alternative name of Wallenberg's Syndrome
I've read that the prognosis is generally quite good with full or near full recovery within 6 months.
