heart and anatomy question ???
hello, i have a strange lump and a wondering if it is a part of my anatomy that has always been there, or is it something i should have checked out by a general practioner?
q1) The lump in question is between the rib cages below the heart area and about an inch upwards from the base of the rib cages? it is kinda hard but also has a softness to it and can easily be felt by applying slight pressure to the skin, the lump in question is about the size of a quarter, except it is oblong in shape ? is this normal ??
Q2) I also have for the past several months noticing a constant pain in my heart area, it is sometimes accompanied by what I can only describe as fibrilations of the heart which will last only for a few seconds, however the slight pain is always there and is constant, i can especially feel it when i move my chest sideways whilst remaining in an upright position.
if anyone who has any ideas about these problems please let me know via email, as i cannot acces this board on a regular basis, should i see a doctor about these problems, i am on a disability pension for neurological problems and really have a rough time travelling to see my doc, so i need to know if it would be wise to make an appointment, thanks in advance
