Wondering how long for hospital stay and how long off of work. Thanks

no hospital stay, and recovery is about a week or so. i'm having mine done tomorrow, along with tonsil removal, nasal polyp removal, and sinus surgery, and i'm still not staying in the hospital.

Wow, that's a lot of surgery.

I agree, no hospital stay. My recovery was maybe a week and a half, and I think the pain meds I was taking slowed my progress.

If you are considering this surgery, make sure you weigh your options. The surgery did not solve all of my problems, although I know it has helped many.

I had mine done years ago and I took no pain medications after surgery. I remember it being a bit uncomfortable until the swelling went down, I couldn't get no air through it. It was better after the surgery, but I was never completely satisfied with the results. One thing I did notice, I don't get nearly as many sinus infections as before.
