Is there anyone here who could advise me of the least expensive way to write a valid living will (I live in the U.S. in the state of New Mexico). I don't want to pay a website or lawyer for forms I could get for free (or a few bucks?) Are they available to anyone who asks at hospitals? Or maybe a government website or office? I'd also like to write a will regarding how to divide my property should anything happen to me. How do I get more info. regarding the requirements in my state? I want to do as much of it as possible myself without having to pay anyone but don't know where to start. (No offense to lawyers.)
Go to your local library and ask them about their software. They normally have a wide variety of software and my Dh found one that you could do your will with. Then all you would have to do is get it noterized(sp).
