Head Pain When Swallowing?
For about three weeks now I have had these sporadic headaches on the left side of my head, traveling from the back of my head to above and behind my eye. They are not very intense, but they don't feel good either. The other day I made the connection that the pain only happens when I swallow. The pain only lasts for a moment: I swallow, the pain gets sharp, then fades right away, until I swallow again! I do not have a sore throat or any other throat pain; swallowing just seems to be the trigger for the pain in my head. I have also been experiencing a stiff neck and shoulders and went out and bought one of those $50 pillows thinking it would help, but it hasn't. Has anyone ever heard of the weird "headache when you swallow" thing? Thanks in advance!
