1,2 and 4 I think could depending on age factor, it your into adulthood you have reached your maxium in height. If you are younger, I do believe it could factor into it, tobacco, alcohol, will deplete some minerals essential to growing in your body, lack of sleep, helps promote wellness, stress would ensue it your living a busy, 18 hr day life, you need rest to let the body restore its immune system.
I don't think that any of them could affect your growth in any meaningful way, unless you go seriously overboard with them. Smoking a lot of tobacco can retard growth in early adolescence, and I would guess that pot could too. Pot can definitely affect brain development as can alcohol.
I am sure that masturbating does not affect your growth. Bodybuilding and not sleeping a lot wouldn't affect your growth unless you took them to an extreme.
