Deviated Septum
Anyone have deviated septum surgery and for what specific reason and did it take care of the problem. Nose runs continually and I'm hoping this helps.Thanks

I had that surgery about 25 years ago, and it helped me breath a lot better and straightened my nose as it was a little crooked. But breathing was much better.....

I had the surgery because I had a problem breathing through my nose and I got a lot of sinus infections. The sinus infections went away and the breathing was better but not 100%. They took to much cartilage out during the surgery and my nose kinda collapses on itself. Overall though the surgery was worth it.
