Chicken Pox exposure

If I was exposed to chicken pox 3 weeks ago, I have abdominal pain and fluid filled lesions on my upper trunk and face, which are beginning to open, crust over and some are begining to heal. I have had chicken pox as a child, so what would this be, I was told you can not get chicken pox twice. Is is shingles? Impetigo? What do you all think about this? Thanks for your help!!!!

Re: Chicken Pox exposure

You can in fact get chicken pox twice, especially if you first contracted while younger and a mild case of it. Sounds as if you have it. Take Avenno baths, its a powder type stuff you put in the tub, it helps with the itching and healing of the blisters. Shingles on the other hand, are extreme painful. I don't think you have that.
