While taking a short nap today, i was awakend by my left knee/Leg "kicking"
my knee was bent and my leg was kinda jomping and kicking till i woke. Has anyone ever experianced that before?
It sounds like restless leg syndrome - you probably need more magnesium in your diet. You eat much in the way of green leafy vegetables? They are high in the magnesium.
weird thing is, i just noticed it today, tho sometimes it feels like i need to stretch my legs when i really cant...oh and another weird thing...i take magnesium supps, 250mg a day for the past 6 days or so for heart arrythmias
Perhaps you have had the restless legs before and this is the first that you have been aware of it. Or, if you were so lacking in magnesium, it may be that you were beyond the restless legs, and now that you are taking magnesium as it is building up but is less than optimal you have the restless legs. See what happens over the next few weeks and if the symptoms disappear. It may just be the body reacting to finally getting something it needs.
It could be wrestless legg syndrome. Try upping your potassium levels, the magnesium doesn't work for me so my doctor prescribed potassium when I have serious problems intermittently, when it subsides I eat lots of banana's and foods rich in potassium.
