Re: What Type of Doctor Can I see For removal of moles?
Dermatologist will either use electricity or "freeze" the moles with nitrogen. They may also cut it out if it is a big one.
Just allow yourself some time to heal. Three years ago I had many small moles removed from my face (you know the small ones that old ladies seem to get - I'm only 38!), but it took about 2 months for my skin to completely heal. (first it "scabs", then the scabs fall off and the skin where the mole used to be is pinkish/white, no matter what color you are, I'm black).
The doctor told me they "might" come back, and sure enough, 3 years later I'm starting to see some again (but not as many).
Its' a quick method as results are immediate, but again you must give yourself time to heal (if you work, people will think you got stung by bees!).
Cost for me in the USA was $175.00 for all the tiny moles removed with a small electric needle (did not hurt at all).
