well ive been gradually having something over the last few days and hopefully someone can help me out as ive posted about this with no luck before!! first off i had severe back spasms last week doc said minor scoliosis well i was laid out for couple days while my spasms healed. then about 2 days later i started to get this strange feeling. first of all ive always had sore ribs for no reason for yrs now doc said it could be related to spine but dont worry too much about it. well i am about 20 lbs overweight and i sit all day long!! i get NO excercise which im planning on changing right away. so my muscles are hardly used as well as the rest of my body. anyway the feeling im getting right now is worrying me but i couldve sworn i had this happen a couple yrs ago and my doc ran tests and said it was just a pulled muscle and it did heal after a while. this is the symtoms im getting now. right under my breast bone where our first set of stomach muscles start a little to the left its sore like bruised feeling. it doesnt hurt so much as being uncomfrtable. it never bothers me when im standing only when im sitting or laying down. for women it is kind of like that uncomfortable pain u get when ur really pregnant right under your breasts when the baby is big. i get relief from putting a pillow under my tummy when im laying down but it feels muscular. when i touch it its sore but nothing i cant handle, its just worrying me. also ive felt a little out of breath. like i cant get a deep breath but ive had that before. its like the "pain" is taking my breath away almost like when u get winded.also when i lay on my left side i can almost feel like little bubbles almost like mini spasms.someone suggested gall bladder but this is my left side and i dont have any other symptoms. i slouch really bad and im thinking its the unused muscles with the back spasms ive recently had, also my "roles" of skin are very folded in that area that may have something to do with it.this is like i have a very heavy stomach and feels like something is pushing into my muscles up top. sorry for the long post just trying to get some answers.

With some troubles breathing and pain in the area you described I would go see my doctor Monday morning. If you cant get in, then Urgent Care would be another alternative. It may be muscular again but I wouldnt take the chance.
