I too would get a second opinion, one from someone who specializes in hematology or blood disorders.
My WBC and RBC changes on a regular basis, one is high, then one is low, generally when I am sick for no undue reason. For me it's nothing to be overly concerned about however that's not always the case.
There are certain factors that can actually cause these changes, believe it or not, smoking is one of them because your body is not being properly oxygenated.
