Hi,

I am 28 years old male who has a proffesional sport background. I have played 13 years water polo in the past, I unfotunatelly had to quit 7 years ago.
I have a some kind of pain (I am not sure if I should call this pain) it's like a signal, I feel something is moving, giving me unconfortable feeling on my left upper chest area. I aware that's not a muscle pain, it's like preasure. I went to doctor he send me to do X ray, result was fine. I did not do the blood test yet, I will do it when I have time. Sometimes pain goes lower my nipples, I am thinking would that be a heart related thing ? perhaps desiase ?

I smoke veed sometimes, last week I decided to quit because I felt faint, shaky. I felt the pain , preasure even more.

I just want to know? if anybody have same kind of feelings?

My only suggestion is to find the time to get the doctors blood tests done as soon as possible.

hi oscar,
I would get that heart area checked out as soon as possible,you are too young to not have a doctor check you out.The heart is something not to mess around with ,alot of people have the same signs and donot realize they are having mini-strokes,so please have it checked out .The cost of a office visit to the doctor is a cheap price to pay for your life,good luck JIM

Hi Oscar,

All that stretching and hard swimming could have torn an important internal ligament... If it is not completely torn, it can slowly heal, but never as good as it once was. Look up Phrenoesophageal Ligament (which helps to apply pressure to the lower esophageal sphincter where it passes through the diaphragm.)

Do you also have Acid Reflux? A hiatal hernia often accompanies a weak Lower Esophageal Sphincter. Hopefully, you can recover from this if you
stop doing the activity that tears the ligament. If not, you might be looking at a surgery to try to repair the damage. It is not as good as the original equipment once was.

ive had a feeling alot like this for the last 3 months! i also smoked weed(since quit)becoz it made the feelings worse strange eh!ive had stomach tests x-rays ecgs blood tests all came back normal,im now taking anti- depression meds basically becoz the doctors are at aloss at what to do next (waiting to see a new doctor yet again!!! NHS in the uk very slow) which have helped abit im just calmer about it all i guess ,sure drives you mad tho not knowing whats wrong! my discomfort was 24/7 at the start up until about a week ago now its on and off some days better than other,lets hope you and me both find out what causing this
