| Body Composition... HELP!
Hey everyone...
I'm starting to notice a weird change in my body composition. I exercise 3-4 times a week... mainly using weights and some cardio.
I've noticed that... even though im eating ( or TRYING to ) the right diet, and doing the right exercises... i seem to be keeping ok muscle tone in my upper body...
but im losing EVERYTHING on my lower body! It's like there's no more muscle OR fat.. i cant even keep my pants up that i had before because i have nothing there..!! My upper body is gaining a bit of fat too.
Anyone experience this??
Could this be something hormonal?
