i am prone to break out in rashes that some people referred to as Moving rashes, one minute it will be on my feet then the next it would be on my arm or thigh. they are usually shaped like welts and itch. i thought it was an allergic reaction to chocolate but though i have stopped eating chocolate it still appears just not as often. can anyone help?

Sounds like hives. Many times the cause of hives is unknown. Most likely it is due to an alleregic reaction to something.

Has it been 6 weeks at least since you stopped eating chocolate? If not, some of the chocolate may still be in your system. I know it takes 6 weeks for wheat to get out of the system.
