For the past two weeks Ive had this cough that sounds sort of like a "bark" and when I exhale I can hear this crackling sound like I want to cough up something. I rarely cough up phlem but when I do its yellowish and kind of thick like pudding (sorry I know its gross) Ive tried cold, sinus, and allergy otc meds. and nothing works. I dont like going to the doctor, I only go when Im dieing. Any ideas of what this is?
Is there anyway to treat it without going to the doctor?
