Strange Feeling in Legs and arms - Open to All Other Health Topics Message Board

First Off let me tell you bout my activities. I have 2 Jobs, one retail and one computer.

If im not at my pc or school, im at work or my girlfriends house
I do a lot of sitting and laying down and sleeping.

I get this restless feeling in my arms and legs from time to time that last a couple of days sometimes. Like i gotta keep stretching them out. Im not sure if its because i rest them so much that when i finally get out and do something, they are weakend.

Also is it just me or do you get dizzy more easy when your in a dark room?
Any Answers would be nice thanks!

Also i do have Pvc's of the heart that are requent, but was told by 3 different docs that they dont see anything wrong with them even tho they are so often. Thanks!

anyone? I mean i am inactive and spend most of the day on my rear end doing pc work. just feels like i have to "stretch" my legs and arms alot

I don't know what you have Yougokid but I wonder if we are similar,I get 'needles' from the back of my arm,near the shoulder,down to elbow,comes to the front of my arm and down to my thumb and 'pointer' finger,sometimes there is slight pain,but mostly just numbness.If I rub or hold the arm it goes away for a while.I have emphysema and have been trying to walk to lose some weight, then this started.I am 50 lbs. over weight since quitting smoking and going on inhalers.Anyone know my problam?Needles in arm.

nah cant say i have that, mine is more of a restlessness when i sit for a while, goes away when im at work walking around

Yugokid - Look up Restless Leg Syndrome. You may have this. I'm not sure though as I dont know much about it. But the restlessness you explained is a symptom.
