Does anyone know how to keep the pressure in your head low when vomiting? Not that I plan to vomit anytime soon or anything, but just when I have like no choice when I'm like really sick or when I can't stop it from coming....

because I'm so sensitive to bleeding around the eyes (and further to like my cheeks and forehead), and my head always feels swollen the day after... I'm afraid I might start popping veins IN my eyes and brains due to high pressure in the head, and like... get blind, die or get paralyzed? i dont want that to happen... thanks...

why am i so sensitive to puking? anything i can do about it? thanks... im thinking cos im so sensitive to it its very dangerous to me... am i worrying about nothing?? thank you

I take high blood pressure meds and was worried about the pressure in my head when I vomited (I just had the flu). I found that if I sit and put my feet up a little on a chair and vomit into a bucket that it helped more then leaning over to puke. Hope this helps and HOPE YOU NEVER HAVE TO USE IT!!!!

I am rather concerned about just why your vessels are so incredibly weak inthose areas.Do you have some sort of an actual diagnosed condition that causes this?Have you seen a doc for this to have it evaluated?
unfortunetly,i really cannot think of any real way to change the actual vomiting process in any real big way as it is an acutal involuntary response.FB
