| Light Headed / Brain Fog
Hello,
I've been posting on the Thyroid board, but I now believe I don't have a Thyroid problem. I thought I'd come over here to see what else it could be.
It all began a few weeks ago, when I smashed my finger in the door and passed out. I have passed out before during major pain, so I didn't worry about it much. But I started feeling light headed after the incident. A week later I noticed my heart beating faster then normal, and I constantly felt like I was going to pass out.
I went to my doctor and they gave me an EKG to make sure I wasn't having a heart attack. The doctor said I may have an Overactive Thyroid, so he took some blood to run tests. After worrying about having a Thyroid Disorder for a week, which was creating more symptoms, the tests came back normal, TSH 2.14.
Now I'm back to where I started, still feeling light headed, and a little "Brain Fog". My heart has calmed down, though it might be due to the fact that I'm not worrying about my Thyroid. I'm also taking Magnesium supplements.
What else could be causing my Light Headedness and Brian Fog, other then my Thyroid?
Thanks in advance.
