| Pain in elbows and shoulder
I've had pain in my elbows and my right shoulder for a few months. My shoulder feels tender and is painful to the touch, and over the past few days or so it's become slightly painful to fully extend my left arm -- my elbow sometimes "snaps." I have had other problems with pain with both elbows over the last several months. Lifting exercises made it worse, but does anyone know why I'd suddenly be experiencing pain after years of performing such exercises? (not too frequently, or with large amounts of weight) I'm a twenty-year-old male, in otherwise healthy shape. Is this something that needs several months of rest? Could the weakness be related to any kind of dietary deficiency? Should I just not be engaging in heavy physical activities at all? (I still have weak knees from running I did a few years ago).
Thanks for any suggestions.
