chest pain or pulled muscle? - Open to All Other Health Topics Message Board

I am 13 wks pregnant and had a hard time sleeping last night (tossing and turning). I woke up with the worst pain above my left breast and it was tight. It just felt like it was a pulled muscle. Then I was okay until late afternoon and I felt it again and felt a little arthritis pain in my left hand. It's hard to tell if I even have arthritis. I don't feel heaviness at all in my chest. I don't feel any different either. It's weird. Anyone ever deal with this kind of pain?

it could just be reflux- acid which happens commonly in pregnancy.

if you press on it does the pain reproduce? many times that will indicate muscular

i did have pains similiar in pregnancy it was scary.

if you have it again and get scared you could always run some blood tests and do an ekg in the ER
