involuntary finger movement, tingling

this is kind of worrying me and I don't know where to post it..
so I was using my computer, clicking around with my mouse, I think I had my wrist resting on the edge of my desk, when all of a sudden i felt kind of a pulsation in my arm. I lifted my hand off the mouse and my middle finger started going up and down involuntarily... I could feel it but i wasn't controlling it. Then it stopped for a little bit and my index and middle fingers were tingling a bit. And then it started again and I tried to just relax and breathe and it seems to have stopped now.

Was this just a pinched nerve or something? it scared me because I've never had anything feel like that before. The tingling is pretty much gone now.. this probably isn't a sign of a panic attack right? because I have never had this happen during a panic attack before.

It's probably nothing.. but I don't know.
