Around Feb 2005, I started getting a dull pain in the extreme lower right side of the pelvis area, right above my thigh. This pain would coincide with a pain in my lower back, in the bottom righ-hand corner. My pain would only happen a few times every month or two. My mom, and RN, suspected an ovarian cyst, but my gyn didn't detect anything. Since then, the pain has nearly ceased in the "ovarian" area, but the pain in my lower back has migrated to my hip area. Like one person in these forums said, it's in the spot I'd place my hand if I were angry. The frequency and severity has increased dramatically. I'm in pain every day (not constantly, but several times per day), and sometimes it's debilitating enough to where I have to contort my posture when I'm sitting or standing. Walking/standing for long periods of time aggravate it, and I think caffeine and sugar do, too. I will see a doc very soon.
