confused person

HI everyone, it all started about a year and a half ago, i came down with a burning sore throat, i went to the doctor and and he said it was an upper respitory infection, he gave me some meds the cold was pretty much gone, but now ive got this thick phlem in my throat everyday, its kind of hard to swallow, i thoght it was some type of throat cancer so i went to the docs and they did a endoscopy test came back negative although they did find a hiatel hernia, so im in and out of the docs about every week, now this was a year and a half ago. so the doc sent me to a ent he did a larengearl scope, came back negative, He then had me do allergy test done, im allergic to dust some pollen, some types of grass, and some trees, ive just started immunotherapy about 1 month ago, they say it takes nup to six months to get results if it even works, but prior to the ent i started to get this weird feeling over my right side of my chest, like a numb feeling, then i started to get a pain in the lower abdomen that radiates to my lower back. my urine smells strong and it is sometimes cloudy and dark, they have tested the urine at the docs but i dont think they can tell if their is protein in it, i think they have to send it out to infectious disease im not sure. i am so confused right now, these are my symptoms right now. mucos in throat kind of hard to swallow, like it on the right side, numb on my right side of chest, numb between my shoulder blades, bloodshot eyes, i think this has to do with something ive got because eyedrops dont work, i have alot of gas, pain or cramps just above the pubic line, sometimes goes up to the belly button, when i bend over the lower lunbar spine hurts, its kind of hard to breath. i havent lost any weight or anything my appetite is pretty good, i dont know what to do, some input in some test or something would be greatly appreciated. thank you.
