Question Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome.
I have Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome.I've tried ibuprofen,icing,and propping my legs up.Nothing seems to work..I'm getting orthotics soon.but until then anyone have any suggestions about how to deal with pain?

Re: Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome.
dr. gave me an injection last week that has helped some. i hear orthotics work really well for it. the pinching in the bottom of my foot has subsided some since the shot but the ankle pain is still the same.
