I feel somethin moving....
I feel something moving in my right shoulder blade, there is no pain, and it feels small not big, im just wondering if any one can give me a heads up on what this might be????? ANYONE.......

it could be just a knot.. like its way under the skin in the muscle.. those go away.. Im not there to feel it so I could be giving you bad advice..

but Ive gotten stuff like that before, if you try to rub it out like its the muscle and it eventually goes away in a week or two thats kool if not.. ??????
