franm1962 Newbie (female) Join Date: Sep 2006 Posts: 4	Appendicitis My partners daugther's boyfriend was taken to hospital on Monday as he was in pain. He was placed on a drip and had to wait all day for an operation. He was told that he has a virus and had his appendics removed. He has now been isolated from the rest of the ward as he now has a contagious infection. No body can see him for a week. What can this be??? Do ou think that the hospital didn't operate quick enough??? Your thoughts Fran xx
