radiologist or surgeon?

Pls help with your suggestions. Would you take the opinion of a radiologist who reads ultrasounds of the breast hundreds of times and interprets pathology reports or the opinion of a surgeon? I am in a quandry of which way to go. She says wait 3 months and take another ultrasound and he wants to do a procedure taking out lots of tissue under a general anesthia.
