sudden dizziness accompied by metal taste in mouth
recently i have been experiencing sudden dizziness accompanied by a metal taste in my mouth, then i experience nausea and i come close to passing out....does anyone know what could be causing this or heard of anything like this before?

I am so glad you posted this question. Just this evening while in the grocery store I got so dizzy, the isle was spinning, I got a very sweet taste in my mouth and later became very nauseated. I did not feel as though I was going to pass out and it passed in about 30 mins. But I have no idea what it was.

I don't know if you're a boy or a girl, but the only time I've experienced those symptoms was when I was pregnant. The metal taste was so nasty and annoying, and nothing I tried could get rid of it!

If you're not pregnant, maybe it's some other kind of hormonal imbalance or something.
