Weird symptoms
Off and on for months now, at random times, I will feel this weird pulsing sensation in my head and it's like I can feel my heart beating right behind my eyes. I get really dizzy and disoriented when this happens, which is happening right now every minute or so. Does anyone have a clue? Does it sound like it's blood pressure related or something else? I'm at a loss.

Sounds like problems with your adenoids or sinus pressure. Try some sinus medication.
