Extemely dry mouth, throat, eyes and nasal passages at night time
Last night I woke up 5 times with no moisture whatsoever on my tongue, my throat and eyes were dry and sore, and the bogeys in my nasel passages felt rock hard with no moisture. I had several sips of water during the night to hydrate myself, but 30-60 minutes later I'd wake up feeling like I hadn't consumed any water for days. This has happened several times in the past, but it doesn't happen very often. Also, sometimes during the day the saliva in my mouth feels very thin and watery, and doesn't stick to my tongue very well. As far as the dry mouth problem goes, there is plenty of moisture in the air at night time, so it can't be that.
Also, sometimes I need to urinate more than 7-10 times during the night with a full bladder to empty each time. This sometimes makes me feel really dehydrated and weak, so I need to sip water throughout the night then it eventually clears up. This doesn't happen very often during night time, but sometimes I get it during the day where I need the toilet every 10-20 minutes, even though I haven't consumed a great deal of water.
I thought I might have diabetes so I had a blood test done with my doctor and it came back negative. So what do you think could be wrong with me? I take good multivitamin & mineral, MSM, vitamin C and E, Omega 3, probiotic and digestive enzyme supplements every day, and some of them are well above the RDA, but not high enough to cause any serious problems. So I don't think I could be deficient in any of the vitamin or minerals, etc, unless of course for some reason, they are not getting absorbed into my body.
One final thing I should note is that I just recently got diagnosed with food intolerance to wheat, gluten, milk, egg and peanuts. I have been on a diet excluding all of these foods for the past week and have not felt any health benefits yet. Could this be causing any of my problems listed above?
