| Just slipped on black ice - chest pain!
This morning I slipped on some black ice, i fell forward onto a concrete post about waist high and fell on my chest. The force of the fall on my chest made me then fall backwards onto my back. Ive never experienced this before but the fall on my chest winded me severely and I had trouble breathing for about 5 minutes. I also went dizzy and felt faint (although I managed to keep it together!) I was on my way to work and knew I had to drive. I lost all sense of direction and felt 'tingly' in my head. I eventually got myself to work but had to be sent home because of very bad pains in my chest. Im a bit worried ive damaged more than it looks. Is this a good enough reason to go to docs? im really not a doctors person.
Any advice is greatly appreciated
