| post-surgery effects
Hi all. I had lung surgery a few weeks ago. I have a small incision under my right breast from where the chest tube was and an incision along my rib cage on my back starting at the shoulder blade. I am noticing under my breast...where the lung is located it is swollen. Is this normal? I understand I should be swollen where incisions are, but should I be swollen here? They did remove part of my lung...so would that cause the swelling? Will it go down?
