numbness and pins and needles in left leg below knee

I have been experiencing a slight numbness and pins and needles below my left knee for the past 3 and a half days.

I am in Japan where medical advice is a little hazy!

Does anybody have any idea what might be causing it? I am a 26 year old male.

Thank you ever so much.
