For the past few months I've had an embaressing smell coming from my backside that's never existed before. It's sort of like backside B.O, a smell that rears (sorry, bad pun) itself when I'm sweaty.

Normally I wouldn't worry, but as luck would have it, for the past few months me and my girlfriend have also been planning to start a sexual relationship extremely soon, and I'm really worried she'll notice the smell and, well, basically be disgusted and not want to continue with anything sexual.

Extra washing has no effect on stopping the smell, which is why it's really bugging me.
