sorry for what you are having to go thru with this.i just had a couple of questions for ya.does your foot look any different color wise as compared to the rest of the leg or the opposite foot?any changes in temp,like hotter than norm or colder?you mentioned that you do indeed have some level of swelling going on too?has any of your docs at least contemplated the possibility of RSD(reflex sympathetic dystrophy)or the newer name for this CRPS(complex regional pain syndrome)?this 'could' possibly be the problem.depending on what your actual answers are to the questions i asked i would be able to give you more info but i do need to know exactly what that foot looks and feels like.is there any hypersensitivity to touch there?i do have this syndrome in my right knee so i am rather familiar with it.for some reason,it just happens with some people,but with sympathetic nervous system affectation,meaning your SNS must have been damaged or affected in some way in order to trigger this process.but the bone issues you are having also fit the criteria for RSD too.i have bone marrow edema in the head of my femur and the head of the tibia where it comes into my knee from the bottom?this is just one possibility.if you could answer the questions i asked it would really help me alot to try and help you.
