lots of symptoms...need help asap - Open to All Other Health Topics Message Board

recently i have had hip pain and swelling after an epi pen injection. i posted about this before and have gotten no responses. tonight i have a low grade fever and moderate dizziness. i dont know what to do. should i call the doc's? the dizziness is disconcerting. normally i am only dizzy with a higher fever and the highest its been tonight that i have seen is 100.5. my hip is also pretty sore and the soreness is spreading up my side to under my ribs. i am also getting hives like the original reaction i had to the flagyl (for bacterial vaginosis), but these hives are much less severe. and the BV has not been treated, so could this be leading to symptoms? im at a loss. any help is appreciated.

Hi baby,i do believe i answered your other post,sorry if i didn't get back if you answered it.it does sound like from what you are describing that you do have some low level type of an infection going on somewhere.what exactly is the cause would really need to be found out by seeing your doc and possibly having some simple bloodwork done.then,once he knows whats up,you can obtain some sort of treatment for this.but considering your symptoms,i really would just make an appt with your primary and get this all checked out as soon as possible.if this is an infection,the sooner it gets treated the better for you.it really does sound from your other post and this one that you just have a very highly sensitive overall body physiology.what actual allergies do you have so far that have been confirmed?what was the epi pen originally Rxed for,what type of allergic reaction was this ment to actually treat? FB

thanks feelbad, i thought i had asked for a notification if anyone replied to my other post, but i hadnt so i didnt realize you responded. sorry!
as for the allergies, it is unknown what i am allergic to except obviously now the flagyl. this summer i had anaphylactic reactions seemingly without provocation and they rxed the epi pen for this.
i will call my doc today cuz i am in severe pain in my lower abdomen/pelvic area along with my side. the hives and the fever have gotten better though. but as the day progresses, we will see because i just woke up.
