I have this red, dry, bump that's getting bigger. Need to know what it is. - Open to All Other Health Topics Message Board

So I have this bump on my hand. It kinda looks like a wart but I know its not because I've had warts before. Its in a perfect circle and is really red. Its dry too and kinda feels like a scab, like I could pick it off, but I can't.

Its weird and I was just wondering if anyone has any ideas about what it is. I'd like to not waste money and time at the doctor's office if its not a big deal. But its just weird because it came out of nowhere and it has gotten bigger.

Most likely Ring worm which causes a "perfect" circle to appear as little bumps You can get some OTC topical medications for this or go to ur gp

Hi, first, I was wondering how you got rid of your warts? My 8yr. old grandaughter's been battling them forever!

Your circle of redness sounds like a ringworm. I'd look it up on internet to see if their picture compares with your owee. Do you have cats? I got one on my temple when I was young-use to hug on my cat all the time.
