I am a white 31 yr old male. I have lost 20 pounds in three weeks for no reason. I feel fine except I have some trouble sleeping and I get sleepy mid afternoon. Went from 187 to 167 pounds I am 5' 10"

magster, please see a doctor. It could from be a number of things including a thyroid disorder. This should be taken seriously.

Good morning..I have to agree. Couldbe lots of things. I lost 35 pounds very quickly and was dx with diabetes/

it could be a lot of things but weight loss & insomnia are common symptoms of hyperthyroidism ....this needs medical attention without delay
