I am on Lexapro right now and it has really helped me, I was a little depressed. I more recently got diagnosed with ADD and take a stimulant which helps me focus, it really doesn't give me any energy. I think that is really the right way to take it, if you make that choice. I am and have been for a long time generally tired. I try not to focus on it. I have had every test I think, I may be just one of those people, I don't know. I live a very healthy lifestyle....eat right, sleep well, have a good concious, etc. I am just so tired sometimes, it gets in the way of me living my life. I am just rambling, if anybody has any advice, that would be greatly appreciated.

Sure. I am not depressed, I am just tired all the time. I get enough sleep, eat well, workout when I can. I honestly dont know whats up. I try to just ignore it. I think I might go see a doc that specializes in fatigue and go get a sleep study. I have been like this for 10 years. I graduated from college, have a good job. Most people wouldn't really guess or know about it. On my days off from work I am exhausted. Girlfriends have noticed a little, but they don't seem to mind. They still seem to like me...haha. Anyway I joke a lot, but I am a pretty caring person....thats how I deal with it. I have had plenty of labs, my vit.D was a little low in the winter, so I take a vit.D supplement. I think I have even had a EBV test, I have to check. My tests pretty much show that I might live forever, so it would be nice to figure this out.

I too am suffering from fatique-Positive test for reactivated EBV-have been sick since Dec 21-It all started with toxic mold at my job.
