| Re: What happened to me?
I've had fainting episodes that sound similar to your's:
Dazed and confused, the "tunnel" effect, bright light, could hear in an echo-y way but blind, seizure-like tremors, sweating, white as a sheet, hot then icy cold, weak and dizzy for hours after.
I have a dysautonomia that's like Orthostatic Hypotension (sudden low blood pressure). It occurs commonly with chronic autoimmune disorders.
There are a bunch causes for an anoxic seizure (not a true epileptic seizure, it's lack of oxygen to the brain) like you describe, the simplest and most obvious is heat exhaustion. You say you've fainted a number of times? Are you extra sensitive to dehydration for some reason? That might be an easy solution, see your GP for a checkup just in case, and stay well hydrated.
Hypoglycemia can cause fainting and a ton of different Rx medications can cause hypotension.
Fainting is usually benign (other than falling!), another website mentions these as warning signs that something more serious may be happening:
"REMOVED."
