I do not know if its the proper sub forum to ask but I have this query regarding Aspirin tablets.

What is the difference between a regular strength aspirin tablet and a slow release aspirin tablet?

The one I'm concerned with is Aspirin Delayed Release Tablet USP 50 mg
Each light grey heart shaped enteric coated tablet contains 50 mg aspirin IP. The lethal dose is about 10 grams so that would mean 100's of these little tablets?

The maximum recommended dose of aspirin is less than 4 grams (4000 mg) per day, and less than 100 grams at a time. So, yes, it would take a lot of those little tablets to kill you, though you might hurt your stomach if you swallowed a fistful.

Why are you asking? If you think someone may have taken more than 20 of these pills at one time, get them medical attention.
