Most of the report describes the cellular construction and type of growth that your biopsied tissue shows.
The most important thing to look at is the last line. "Impression" means that they have not yet drawn a conclusion. "Suspicious" means that they believe it to be but have not yet determined. Given the other things in the report and previous cases, they are "suspicious".
"Carcinoma" is cancer. I hope this is not the case for you. I am rather surprised that the doctors did not discuss the preliminary findings with you rather than just let you have a report. I was a billing clerk and medical transcriptionist for a chemosurgeon 18 years ago. He never let any patient see their records until he had talked with them first.
